1.Q: Are you a trading company or manufacturer?

2.Q: Can we print a logo on the products?

3.Q: Can I make other size and packages for this product?

4.Q: What’s your payment method?
For mass production: 30% TT deposit, balance against B/L Faxed Copy
Samples : 1-3pc stock samples are free, freight collect; customized logo, charged print plated cost, about 35 dollars for 1 color 1 position; freight collect.
5.Q: If my parcel is lost / broken , how could I do?
If you didn’t receive your parcel in time, feel freely to contact us, we’ll track the parcel for you.
If you receive it, but it’s broken, part or all of products broken or lost, please take photos and then please send photo to us, we’ll check and re-make products for you for free if you still need them.
Q1:What about the mass production time?
A:The production time will according to the quality of the order.
Q2:What are the incoterms and payment term?
A: We can offer you both ex-works price and FOB price as a factory with trading capability.Our main payment term is T/T,30% advance,70%balance settle before shipment.
Q3:What is the MOQ?
A:The MOQ is normally 1000pcs but it also depends.So please don’t care too much about MOQ.Pls enquire us if you have any problems.
Q4:How to order?
A:Please send us your purchase order by Email, or we can send you proforma invoice for your confirmation.Information as below is needed:
